
Transformer Bush (often a shorthand or regional variation of "Transformer Bushing") refers to the same component: a mechanical and electrical device that allows a conductor to safely pass through the grounded tank of a transformer, while providing electrical insulation and mechanical support.
However, the term "bush" is not standard in most technical literature the correct and widely accepted term is "transformer bushing." That said, in casual speech or certain regions, "bush" might be used informally.
